Payments are not live. Refund and cancellation rules must be finalized before RareReg activates paid verification, Featured placement, or dealer subscription checkout.
Current payment status
RareReg registration is currently free. The application does not currently provide a live Stripe checkout, dealer subscription billing flow, stored payment-card system, automated cancellation workflow, or automated refund system for the announced paid products.
This page does not promise that a payment can currently be made or that a paid service has begun.
Announced products
- Free vehicle registration: $0.
- Private-owner verification: $14.99 one-time per vehicle.
- Featured placement: $9.99 add-on, available only to Verified vehicles.
- Dealer 20: $149 per month, up to 20 verifications per billing month.
- Dealer 100: $299 per month, up to 100 verifications per billing month.
Rules requiring approval before sale
RareReg has not finalized or implemented:
- Whether verification fees are refundable after submission, review begins, an unsuccessful review, or duplicate payment.
- Whether Featured fees are refundable and the duration or start date of a placement.
- Dealer cancellation timing, renewal cutoff, refund or proration treatment, and failed-payment handling.
- Verification processing timelines or service-level commitments.
RareReg will publish approved terms before activating the relevant purchase or subscription flow.
No automatic promise
Until those rules are approved, RareReg does not promise automatic refunds, non-refundability, prorated refunds, cancellation deadlines, placement duration, or review timelines. Any manually arranged service should be governed by written terms supplied at that time.
Dealer allowances
For announced dealer plans, verification capacity resets each billing cycle and unused verifications do not roll over. Overage pricing has not been approved. See the Dealer Terms.
Verification and Featured
Verification and Featured placement are separate products. Only a Verified vehicle is eligible to become Featured. Verification does not guarantee Featured placement. See the Verification Policy.
