Plan status
RareReg has announced Dealer 20 at $149 per month for up to 20 vehicle verifications per billing month and Dealer 100 at $299 per month for up to 100 vehicle verifications per billing month.
Dealer subscription checkout and automated billing are not currently implemented. These Terms describe the announced product structure and account responsibilities; they do not create an active subscription by visiting this page.
Dealer account responsibility
A dealer must provide accurate business and account information, protect credentials, authorize only appropriate personnel, and remain responsible for activity under its account. RareReg may request evidence of dealership identity or authority before enabling dealer services.
Content and source rights
Dealers must have the rights needed to provide photographs, documents, descriptions, and source information. Submitted content remains subject to the Copyright / Takedown Policy. Source attribution must not be removed or falsified.
Verification submissions
Dealer verification has the same limited meaning stated in the Verification Policy. A dealer must not market verification as a warranty, inspection, appraisal, title guarantee, or endorsement of the dealer.
Allowances reset each billing cycle. Unused verifications do not roll over. RareReg has not approved overage pricing or benefits beyond the stated verification capacity.
Billing and cancellation
Because billing is not live, RareReg has not finalized payment timing, renewal mechanics, failed-payment handling, cancellation effective dates, refunds, or proration. Those rules must be approved and disclosed before subscriptions are sold. No current page or CTA should be understood as processing payment.
Prohibited conduct and moderation
Dealers must not submit fraudulent, deceptive, duplicated, unauthorized, stale, or infringing inventory; manipulate verification; impersonate another business; or bypass access, moderation, or source controls.
RareReg may review, correct, deactivate, reject, suspend, or remove dealer content or access for data quality, safety, rights protection, policy enforcement, or legal reasons.
